Fitness Log: Week of August 8, 2011

Monday, 08/08

  • Afternoon walk (~3 miles, 60 min.)

Tuesday, 08/09

  • Gym at lunch (treadmill intervals, 36 min.; leg presses/heel lifts, 3 sets of 16, 160 lbs.; bench press/shoulder pulls, 3 sets of 16, 40 lbs.)
  • New shoulder / neck PT stretches
  • Afternoon walk (~3 miles, 60 min.)

Wednesday, 08/10

  • Gym at lunch (treadmill intervals, 36 min.)
  • New shoulder / neck PT stretches
  • Rock climbing (30 minutes on a treadmill without socks and V0s)

And I can’t remember the rest, sadly.  Bad note-taking on my part.  I know Thursday was “Candida” in Orinda, so I didn’t have time to walk in the evening, and Friday afternoon I left for the Gravenstein Apple Fair and was home Saturday night.  Sunday I was shameless and slept in. *chuckle*
