Wednesday, 07/20

  • Gym at lunch (treadmill intervals, 28 min.; leg presses/heel lifts, 3 sets of 16,
    150 lbs.; bench press/shoulder pulls, 3 sets of 16, 30 lbs.)
  • Afternoon walk (~3 miles, 60 min.)

Thursday, 07/21

  • Afternoon walk (~3 miles, 60 min.)

Friday, 07/22
