Quiet Evening, Rough Morning

Took another long walk around the Quarry Lakes in the gorgeous sunshine and lovely warm weather yesterday afternoon.  Got to wear a tank top for the first time and I adore the sensation of sun on my shoulders.  Next up – shorts!  I think I own some of those, right?

Got home and the dishwasher was repaired.  Yes!  Everything that came out of my old place is filthy and as of last night there’s just one more load’s worth to run through.

Had tea with my mentor, who I hadn’t talked to since before I moved into my new place.  Lots to catch up on, lots to talk about.

Got home, eventually went to bed and had bad dreams.  Nothing I can remember now,  just the sensation of being trapped and only barely just escaping.  Made for a slow, jittery morning.

But I made it.  🙂

I’ve got Zumba tonight – yay!  And with a little luck, rock climbing lessons start tomorrow.  I’m excited!  After watching this video walk through of the place I’m also intimidated.  But when has fear or hard work stopped me?
